The JP Golf Academy
Located at Metuchen Golf and Country Club in Edison New Jersey, the JP Golf Academy was founded in 2004 by teaching professional John Piekarz. The academy is dedicated to teaching and coaching golfers of all levels of experience. JP not only offers private and group instruction at Metuchen from April thru December but you will also find him teaching during the winter months in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

John Piekarz has been teaching at Metuchen for eight years where he has extensive experience instructing players of all skill levels. John developed the JP golf academy because he saw a need for player development; The Academy became a place for his student’s to seek continuous improvement. Men, women, seniors, juniors, and collegiate players have been able to grow their game and reach their goals through the instruction they’ve received at the JP Academy.
JP’s Philosophy is Simple…
“The basics are the same, but each student is different. I believe the road to consistent golf is getting the club on plane. I coach my student by helping them develop a better swing plane through proper understanding of the grip, aim, alignment, & setup. All golfers are different and I will help lead you to the path of better scores by finding the most efficient type of swing for you.”
